Something always happens every day - and quite frankly I like it that way. There are times that I feel so far, but yet, so close to the things that I hold dear. This running thing - man - is that exciting. I've been able to grow back to my former self - and I'm enjoying all of it - even when it's down.

Who knew that there was a way out of sadness - a glimpse at the end of the tunnel. It's funny - because I say those things all the time - but I've never really had anyone that has said the same back to me. I'm really happy right now - and I just don't want to mess it up. I cherish the times that I'm living now.

So long on the broken road, the brakes are pulled and I'm leaving that place.

I've recently met someone who's meant a lot to me during this summer - not to mention a whole new "group" of friends [including basically my brother Matt [n]]. I feel blessed this day, despite my worries.

Also - as a little bit of a recap on my previous medical issues - I passed my physical for the Air Force Academy [but not the national guard technically] - and it seems this might just be what I'm supposed to do... as the doors continue to open.... Anyway - I give great praise to God for helping me through that.



Alas - the gates are open - senior year. The year we've all been waiting for, for some the years shorter than others, but the times and memories we have will live on forever.
